Margaret, salon owner . Her brow transformation through Microblading .
Margaret , the beautiful glamorous owner of Beauty Within in Castlemartyr was fed up of filling in her brows daily, and embarked on her Microblading journey last Oct .
Here's her journey up to TODAY.
Here she is " bare faced" , ( can you imagine how she looks with makeup and hair done!), and the end result is a Fabby full brow, the same height, and filled in with pigment to create a fuller looking brow.
Photo 1- is Margaret with no pencil , or makeup on ( still looks fab, don't you agree!) . The brows were at different heights and thickness, and one started later than the other . This is no fault of hers- it was just as it is.
Photo 2 - with digital measurements this was the suggested brow ( drawn in pencil) that we both agreed on.
Photo 3 and 4 is the end result after Step 1,2 and 3 over the 3 month period.
All steps are 4 weeks apart .
Margaret found the soreness during the procedure a 3/10, we chatted throughout, the downtime was no big inconvenience.
Ask Margaret about her experience, she would love to impart her knowledge .
Castlemartyr clinic is once a month, but after today, we have increased the clinics to one every 2 weeks now.
Book through me ;-
Below is a little gallery of Carolines journey with Microblading, right through to the end result.
Day one Caroline arrived with her brow pencil on . The shape made her look sad which is no reflection on this bubbly woman.
We discussed and chatted, measured and chatted, and suggested and chatted, and chatted and chatted ...and eventually we decided between us on the new HAPPY brow.
We started with a conservative brown to suit Irish skin, and added more depth of colour at each visit to build up to the final treatment, resulting in brows that suited Carolines skin, head hair, lashes etc.
On the last visit ( Step 3), she mentioned she was still applying brow pencil by day, which was the cue to add more colour so this frees up this busy ladies mornings.
Caroline is a joy to be around .
Her story is not one for beauty, but as support to anyone going through cancer. Those little hairs over our eyes make a difference - a huge one. Let's spread the message .
Pippa took to ' the blade ' today in Dublin .

Pippa went out that night - see below .
No down time, just a wee bit tight and tender and dark.
Below is Pippas update on how her brows are doing one day post Eyebrow Microblading .
Pippa was quickly followed by Jennifer Rock, AKA The Skin Nerd, Marissa Carter , and a whole host of other high profile ladies . Other ladies who have had the Microblading technique done is Joanne Larby- The makeup fairy, Lorraine Keane, Lisa Fitzpatrick, Tigman- Melissa Mills .
Below is her healing journey for 14 days after Step 1.
Thankyou Baltic Brows for explaining this perfect depiction of the technique.
No 2,3 ,4 and 5 are the Microblading , Microblading plus Microshading technique and treatments I use.
6,7,8,9 are not a technique I use, and if this is the technique you require , you need to further your research .
Ok, I can help you with your brow loss, restoration etc etc.
In in my work, I have the pleasure of meeting therapists and wonderful people who volunteer services to people undergoing chemo.
In my private practice alone there are 14 therapists , all offering various services to clients, clients undergoing chemo etc. The wealth of complimentary services here in West Cork alone is amazing. Solace Holistic Center , 10 The Grainstore, Clarkes St, Clonakilty ( website of the same name) , has a myriad of services to offer including natural products from BIA, a Kinsale based business.
Recently I was blown away by an amazing woman from Bandon, who works in Douglas ,Cork. Her name is Caroline Warren of Touch Therapies, SiRona House, Douglas who offers massage, facials etc . Here's the best bit, Caroline not only offers an amazing service, but she has fought 2 different cancers in recent years- breast and leukaemia.
This bubbly and " grab life by the goolies" kind of woman will love you every min of your 60 min massge, facial etc. . She is also the founder of Cork Dragons- email@example.com , a fun group who support one another on a boat(!) and outings, swop tips and detract from cancer- if only for a few short hours to LAUGH until your sides split.
She recently told her story on Evening Echo .
