Is Microblading a safe treatment to have now that Covid restrictions are lifted?
Lets talk about this.
Let me start by saying that no one in our home has been in contact with Covid, and none of us have had Covid.
Why the need to implement these measures, well, it is for YOUR safety, not to make your life miserable. This information will be updated as I know it.
We are ready, committed, and prepared in providing a safe environment for our clients, whilst implementing Social distancing. We have adequate training, PPE, Training in equipment disinfecting , use of mostly disposables, staggered appointments, ensuring cashless payments, regular cleaning, adequate ventilation, updated policies . Provision of hand sanitisers, hand washing with disposable towels . We ARE prepared.
Having a Nurse do your treatment VERSUS any other practitioner;
Knowledge of Blood borne pathogens , Infection Control, Cross contamination as part of my SRN SCM training PLUS 4 extra Covid certified trainings that were Covid Specific.
When do we reopen?
Phase 5 - August 10.
National Safety Authority.
WHO did we Covid train with?
FM Cleaning - Salon Safety.
Irish Registered Nurse and Midwives board.
Spa Hub a CPD certified course in Covid specific training.
Beauty Industry approval.
HOW will we implement this?
Re-jig Clinic time table.
Times of new Clinic in Aug and Sept will be 0730 starts and 2100 finishes, including Sunday slots. ( After this we resume normal hours in October.)
Whole new system of safety in place, including deep cleaning in between clients ( that takes 40 min).

How will we combat that?
We are going MOBILE - every Monday from Aug 10.
So, how will that work?
Simple, its a dedicated day for us to reach clients who may be fearful of leaving their homes but still want beautiful brows.

Yes, but can you put a price on alleviating fears?
There will be mileage standard cost on areas within a 30 mile radius, plus .95c a mile outside of that.
Can anyone book in once you reopen?
Yes. All eyebrows are welcome here, from Alopecia, to Postnatal eyebrow loss, to Menopause, to simply being born with poor brows or overplucking in the past.

Do we really need to be this pedantic?
Without these safety measures we can not reopen , and we can be inspected at any time by the NSA- without appointment.
Where can you wait nearby?
We have 2 hours FREE on Street parking outside our door , AND or a FREE car park nearby - literally 1 minute away .
Clonakilty is a very small town.
You will be encouraged to bring your own masks /gloves/tissues.
You will be encouraged to bring your own bottle of water.
If you wish you can bring your own pillow slip- but we will be using disposable coverings either way.
Partial payments are cashless and automatic out of your account - ask us about this.
We encourage you use a tissue to hold the bannister / door handles etc- dispose of into the bin provided .
We encourage you go to the bathroom before you enter the building.
As a Registered Nurse we follow the extra guidelines of the HSE Covid 19 advice and guidelines for Healthcare workers.
